Replaces the tags of a ticket with the given tags.
sonar-set-ticket-tags ticket-guid=VALUE tag-guids=VALUE
- ticket-guid=VALUE
- Required. GUID of the ticket to set tags on
- tag-guids=VALUE
- Required. GUIDs of the tags to set, separated by commas
